These Terms govern use of Sentinel SCA’s software, APIs, dashboards, SDKs, documentation, and related services.

Services

Sentinel SCA LTD provides governance infrastructure for AI agents and autonomous systems, including policy evaluation, capability enforcement, integrity records, signed governance decisions, replay tooling, and related operational features.

Customer Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

Customers must not use Sentinel SCA to attack, disrupt, compromise, or unlawfully access systems, networks, data, or services.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans may be billed through approved payment providers including Paddle, Paystack, Flutterwave, or other processors. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing intervals may vary by plan.

Refunds

Availability

Sentinel SCA LTD aims to provide reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless specifically agreed in a separate enterprise agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel SCA LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
