Sentinel SCA LTD provides software, API access, governance tooling, dashboards, and related subscription services for AI-agent and autonomous-system governance.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and buyer terms.

If you are eligible for a refund under Paddle’s policies, Paddle will process the refund back to the original payment method where possible.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Paddle through the payment receipt or contact Sentinel SCA LTD at:

Please include your account email, order reference, and reason for the request.

Subscriptions

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges unless a refund is approved under Paddle’s refund process.
