This page defines Sentinel SCA's current Enterprise operational targets. Penalty-backed service credits require a signed Enterprise contract.

Current Enterprise Target

Target uptime: 99.9% monthly service availability for hosted Sentinel API.

Contract note: service credits and penalties are contract-defined, not automatic public terms.

Data Residency

Hosted production governance data is stored in the active Sentinel production environment. Customer-specific residency, private VPC, or on-prem storage must be defined in the Enterprise contract.
